D2004 by Zymo Research — Zymoprep Yeast Plasmid Miniprep II, 50 preps. Isolates plasmid DNA from ≤1.5 mL yeast culture using Zymolyase digestion and Zymo-Spin I silica columns; elution ≥10 µl; typical yield 0.01–0.3 ng. Compatible with S. cerevisiae, C. albicans, S. pombe, and ~15 additional Zymolyase-susceptible genera. Yields ~5× more plasmid than Miniprep I.

Zymoprep™-96 Yeast Plasmid Miniprep

D2005 by Zymo Research purifies plasmid DNA from S. cerevisiae, C. albicans, and S. pombe in a 96-well spin-column format, delivering 0.01–0.3 µg per well in ≥10 µl eluate with no glass beads or phenol required. The 2 × 96 prep kit recovers ~5-fold more plasmid than Zymoprep I and integrates with standard microplate centrifuges.
