R1059-4-100 by Zymo Research is the Quick-cfRNA&trade; Binding Buffer supplied in a 100 ml volume for cell-free RNA (cfRNA) isolation from serum, plasma, cerebrospinal fluid, and urine. Added at a 1:1 ratio to the proteinase K-digested sample, this buffer promotes RNA adsorption onto Zymo-Spin IC Columns and enables recovery of cfRNA fragments &ge;17 nucleotides in length, including miRNA and exosomal RNA.
Storage is at room temperature. The buffer is a standalone refill component for the Quick-cfRNA Serum &amp; Plasma Kit (R1059) and is not interchangeable with the Quick-cfDNA/cfRNA Binding Buffer (R1072-2-150), which serves a different dual-extraction kit.
