MagBead DNA/RNA Wash 2 (Concentrate) (R2130-2-20) by Zymo Research is a 20 mL replacement wash buffer concentrate for magnetic bead&ndash;based nucleic acid purification. Prepare the working solution by adding 30 mL of isopropanol to the 20 mL concentrate before first use. During magnetic bead protocols, 500 &micro;L of working solution is applied per wash step to remove residual contaminants from bead-bound nucleic acids.
R2130-2-20 is a replacement component for the Quick-DNA/RNA&trade; MagBead Kit (R2130/R2131) and compatible Zymo MagBead systems. Also available in an 80 mL concentrate size (R2130-2-80).
