Varizymes ReleaseIt™ β-Agarase

ReleaseIt™ β-Agarase by Varizymes is a thermostable agarose-digesting enzyme for recovering DNA and RNA from agarose gels without columns or buffer exchange. It works directly in TBE or TAE gel slices at 42–50 °C, with 50 °C recommended to limit re-gelling of digested agarose.
