The Turbidity Tube by United Scientific is a clear acrylic tube with an integral Secchi disk and a printed metric scale for measuring water clarity. Users fill it, drain through the clamped hose until the disk appears, and read the water level directly. Environmental science classes and stream monitoring groups use it where shallow or fast water rules out a standard Secchi disk.
