The United Scientific® Thermometer, Digital, Min/Max by United Scientific logs minimum and maximum temperatures for seven days at a time across two channels, each with its own sensor on a 5' lead. It reads -40°F to 120°F (-40°C to 50°C) with ±1.8°F (±1°C) accuracy and has a water-resistant housing. Labs, greenhouses and classrooms use it to track temperature swings in two locations.
