Thermoelectric Demonstrator, 1 Each

The Thermoelectric Demonstrator by United Scientific shows how heat transfer converts to electrical energy and back. Place one aluminum leg in ice-cold water and the other in hot water, and the generated electricity turns a turbine. Connected to a DC power supply, it reverses, heating one strip while the other stays cold. Two 24" banana cords and an activity guide are included. Physics teachers use it to demonstrate the Second Law of Thermodynamics.
