The Student Magnetic Field Demonstrator by United Scientific is a compact viewer of iron filings sealed in a transparent plastic case measuring approximately 90 mm x 65 mm x 6 mm. Placed over a magnet, it shows the field pattern without loose filings. Teachers order it so each student or lab pair can observe and sketch magnetic fields during hands-on magnetism lessons.
