Rubber Magdeburg Hemispheres, 1 Pair

The Rubber Magdeburg Hemispheres by United Scientific are a pair of 8.5 cm diameter rubber suction cups with built-in two-hole handles and a release knob. Pressing them together creates a partial vacuum, so atmospheric pressure makes them hard to pull apart. Physics and physical science teachers use them to demonstrate air pressure without a vacuum pump.
