Radiation Can Set, 1 Each

United Scientific® Radiation Can Set by United Scientific is a pair of identically sized screw cap metal cans, one smooth metal and one painted dull black, for classroom demonstrations on thermal radiation. Students fill both cans with hot water and compare how fast each cools, then attribute the difference to radiation from the two surfaces. An activity guide is included. It is used in physics, physical science, earth science, and biology lessons on heat exchange.
