T8327 OC3 Cells

OC3 Cells (T8327) by MBP are derived from oral carcinoma with characteristic chromosomal losses (4q, 6p, 8p), gains (1q, 5q, 8q, chr20), and high p53 expression. Used for areca-associated genetic research in oral keratinocytes. PDT 24h, split 1:6, seeding 15,000–20,000/cm². BSL II. 1×10⁶ cells / 1.0 mL, frozen. MTA required.
