T8319 by Applied Biological Materials (ABM) is MELA15, a human melanoma cell line from an inguinal lymph node metastasis of a 39-year-old Caucasian female. BRAF wild-type with confirmed NRAS Q61R (61 CAA→CGA) and PI3KCA wild-type — an NRAS-mutant profile relevant for MEK inhibitor studies and BRAF-wt negative controls in drug screening panels. Population doubling time is ~30 hours.
