T8293 by Applied Biological Materials (ABM) is a CRISPR/Cas9 HMGN1-knockout U2OS osteosarcoma line. The parental U2OS carries wild-type p53, wild-type Rb, and is p16-negative (CDKN2A-null) — a well-characterized CDK pathway background. Suited for chromatin biology, DNA damage, CDK4/6 inhibitor, and osteosarcoma drug-screening applications.
