T8287 by Applied Biological Materials (ABM) is T-CDS17, a human dedifferentiated chondrosarcoma line with IDH2 p.R172G, TP53 mutations (p.P72R, p.S215R), and MDM2 amplification. Stem-cell-related and invasive; proliferates in subcutaneous and orthopedic mouse models. ECM coating required; culture in PriGrow III + 10% FBS + GlutaMAX + Pen/Strep at 37.0°C.
