T8241 CCOC-T Cells

CCOC-T Cells (T8241) by MBP are derived from clear cell odontogenic carcinoma — very slow growth but highly invasive; express odontogenic factors and EMT molecules. Culture at 33.0°C; trypsin-sensitive — use Gentle Dissociation Solution (TM080). PDT 30–40h. BSL II. 1×10⁶ cells / 1.0 mL, frozen. MTA required.
