C2009 by Zymo Research is the Silicon-A™-HRC Plate (2 plates, 96-well format), a replacement component for the OneStep-96 PCR Inhibitor Removal Kit (D6035). The Silicon-A™-HRC matrix removes polyphenolics, humic/fulvic acids, tannins, and melanin from DNA and RNA extracts for direct use in PCR, qPCR, or sequencing. Requires Prep Solution before use.
