SensiStain™ Anti-TFE3 Antibody

HY000245 by Applied Biological Materials (ABM) is a mouse monoclonal antibody (clone IHC672, IgG1) targeting TFE3, validated for IHC at 1:50–1:200 and ELISA. Nuclear TFE3 expression is the primary IHC marker for Xp11 translocation renal cell carcinoma and TFE3-rearranged tumors including epithelioid hemangioendothelioma and alveolar soft part sarcoma.
