SensiStain Anti-PD-1 Antibody — HY000211 by Applied Biological Materials — is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b antibody (clone IHC001) with human PD-1 reactivity, validated for IHC and ELISA at a recommended working dilution of 1:50–1:200. The unconjugated antibody is supplied as a 0.1 mL liquid in Tris pH 7.3–7.7 with 1% BSA, stable at 4°C for several weeks or at –20°C for extended storage.
