SensiStain™ Anti-Pan Cytokeratin (AE1) Antibody

HY000302 by Applied Biological Materials (ABM) is a mouse monoclonal anti-Pan Cytokeratin antibody (clone AE1, IgG1) validated for IHC and ELISA at 1:50–1:200 dilution. Supplied as 0.1 ml in Tris buffer (pH 7.3–7.7) with 1% BSA and <0.1% sodium azide, clone AE1 targets acidic (Type I) cytokeratins CK10, 14, 15, 16, and 19, making it a standard epithelial marker for carcinoma identification, lymph node micrometastasis detection, and epithelial panel workup in FFPE tissue.
