HY000187 by ABM (Applied Biological Materials) is the SensiStain™ Anti-Nanog Antibody, a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody (clone IHC634) raised against human Nanog. Validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC) and ELISA at 1:50–1:200 dilution. Supplied as 0.1 mL in Tris buffer (pH 7.3–7.7) with 1% BSA and <0.1% Sodium Azide.
Nanog is a homeodomain transcription factor that co-regulates pluripotency alongside OCT-4 and SOX2 in embryonic stem cells and germ cell tumors. Anti-Nanog IHC panels are used in germ cell tumor diagnosis (seminoma, embryonal carcinoma, dysgerminoma) and stem cell characterization.
