SensiStain™ Anti-Macrophage Antibody

HY500101 by Applied Biological Materials (ABM) is a mouse monoclonal antibody (clone IHC618, IgM) targeting a macrophage-associated antigen, validated for IHC at 1:50–1:200 and ELISA on human tissue. It is used in tumor-associated macrophage quantification, granulomatous disease evaluation, and inflammatory infiltrate characterization. An anti-mouse IgM secondary detection reagent is required.
