SensiStain™ Anti-INI-1 Antibody

HY500063 by Applied Biological Materials (ABM) is a mouse monoclonal antibody (clone IHC608, IgG2a) targeting INI-1 (SMARCB1/BAF47), validated for IHC at 1:50–1:200 and ELISA. Loss of nuclear INI-1 expression is the hallmark of malignant rhabdoid tumor, epithelioid sarcoma, and AT/RT. As an IgG2a isotype, a mouse IgG2a-compatible secondary is required.
