HY000062 by ABM (Applied Biological Materials) is the SensiStain™ Anti-CD61 Antibody, a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody (clone IHC061) raised against human CD61 (GPIIIa / Integrin β3, UniProt P05106). Validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC) and ELISA at 1:50–1:200 dilution. Supplied as 0.1 mL in Tris buffer (pH 7.3–7.7) with 1% BSA and <0.1% Sodium Azide.
CD61 is expressed on megakaryocytes, platelets, myeloid cells, monocytes, and endothelial cells. Anti-CD61 IHC is used in hematopathology for megakaryocyte identification in bone marrow biopsies and vascular pathology panels.
