HY500135 by ABM is SensiStain Anti-CD3, a ready-to-use rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone IHC534) validated for IHC (1:50–1:200) and ELISA. Targets human CD3, a T-cell co-receptor expressed in thymus, peripheral lymphoid tissue, and blood. Used to classify T-cell neoplasms and distinguish them from B-cell and myeloid neoplasms. Supplied as 0.1 ml RTU in Tris buffer, pH 7.3–7.7.
