SensiStain™ Anti-CD20 Antibody

HY500023 by Applied Biological Materials (ABM) is a mouse monoclonal antibody (clone IHC532, IgG2a kappa) targeting CD20 (MS4A1), validated for IHC at 1:50–1:200 and ELISA on human tissue. CD20 is a definitive B-cell lineage marker used in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, follicular lymphoma, and mantle cell lymphoma panels. A mouse IgG2a-compatible secondary detection reagent is required.
