The D5014 by Zymo Research is a Human Methylated &amp; Non-methylated DNA Set containing two HCT116 DKO-derived genomic DNA standards at 250 ng/µl (5 µg each): D5014-1 (&lt;5% global methylation, DNMT1/DNMT3b knockout) and D5014-2 (enzymatically CpG-methylated), plus a DAPK1 primer set for within-run bisulfite conversion and MSP assay validation.
