Anti-WT1 Antibody (Y300298) by Applied Biological Materials (abm) is a monoclonal antibody that detects the Wilms' tumor 1 (WT1) protein — a zinc-finger transcription factor encoded by the WT1 gene (aliases WAGR, WIT-2, AWT1). WT1 is a well-validated immunohistochemical marker used in the differential diagnosis of mesothelioma versus pulmonary adenocarcinoma, and is expressed in nephroblastoma, acute myeloid leukemia (AML), and normal kidney and gonadal tissue.
