Anti-VASP (Phospho-Ser238) Antibody (Y011158) is a rabbit polyclonal antibody that detects endogenous VASP (vasodilator-stimulated phosphoprotein) specifically when phosphorylated at serine 238 (Ser238). VASP Ser238 is phosphorylated by PKA (cAMP-dependent protein kinase) and PKG (cGMP-dependent protein kinase), making it a direct readout of cyclic nucleotide signaling in cytoskeletal regulation, platelet function, and cell motility. Detected band: ~40 kDa. Validated for Western blot (WB) and IHC. Available from MBP, a registered vendor for Howard Hughes Medical Institute, Vanderbilt University, MD Anderson Cancer Center, Eurofins, and many other institutes across the USA.
