Anti-Ubiquitin Monoclonal

CA-Ubi-1 by Applied Biological Materials (ABM) is a mouse monoclonal antibody (clone Ubi-1) targeting ubiquitin (76 aa, ~8.5 kDa), validated for immunocytochemistry at 1:500 (with amplification) and immunofluorescence at 1:250. Supplied at 100 µg/100 µl in PBS pH 7.4. Used for ubiquitin-positive inclusion body detection and proteasome pathway research in cell-based systems.
