Anti-Tau (Phospho-Thr205)

Anti-Tau (Phospho-Thr205) Antibody (Y011108) is a rabbit polyclonal antibody that detects endogenous Tau (MAPT) protein specifically when phosphorylated at threonine 205 (Thr205). Thr205 is a major pathological phosphorylation site in Alzheimer's disease (AD) and other tauopathies; it is phosphorylated by CDK5, GSK-3β, and ERK2 and is part of the epitope recognized by the disease-staging antibody AT8 (alongside Ser202). Validated for Western blot and IHC.
