Anti-Synaptotagmin (Phospho-Ser309) Antibody (Y011209) is a rabbit polyclonal antibody that detects endogenous Synaptotagmin-1 (SYT1) specifically when phosphorylated at serine 309 (Ser309) in the cytoplasmic linker region between the transmembrane domain and the C2A calcium-binding domain. SYT1 is the primary calcium sensor for fast synchronous neurotransmitter release at chemical synapses. Ser309 phosphorylation by CaMKII links calcium signaling to synaptic vesicle regulation. Detected band: ~47 kDa. Validated for Western blot (WB) and IHC. Available from MBP, a registered vendor for Howard Hughes Medical Institute, Vanderbilt University, MD Anderson Cancer Center, Eurofins, and many other institutes across the USA.
