Anti-Src (Phospho-Tyr529) — Y011153 — is a rabbit polyclonal antibody detecting c-Src/SRC (~59–60 kDa) phosphorylated at Tyr529 in the C-terminal tail by Csk — the inhibitory phosphorylation that locks Src in an autoinhibited closed conformation via intramolecular SH2 engagement.
