Y011319 by MBP is a rabbit polyclonal antibody detecting SHP-2 (PTPN11) phosphorylated at Tyrosine 542, an RTK-dependent C-tail phosphorylation that disrupts N-SH2 autoinhibition and activates SHP-2 phosphatase activity.
