Anti-PTEN (Phospho-Ser380/Thr382/Thr383) Antibody (Y011056) is a rabbit polyclonal antibody that detects endogenous PTEN protein when phosphorylated at the C-terminal cluster serine 380/threonine 382/threonine 383 (Ser380/Thr382/Thr383). This cluster is phosphorylated by casein kinase 2 (CK2) and promotes PTEN protein stability while reducing its membrane association and lipid phosphatase activity. Detected band: ~54 kDa. Validated for Western blot and IHC.
