Y011105 is a rabbit polyclonal antibody specific for p90RSK (RSK1/RPS6KA1) phosphorylated at Threonine 348 in the linker domain, a PDK1-mediated site required for full RSK1 activation downstream of the MAPK/ERK pathway. Validated for Western blot (WB) at 1:500–1:1,000 and immunohistochemistry (IHC) at 1:50–1:100 in human, mouse, and rat samples.
