Anti-p73 (Phospho-Tyr99) Antibody (Y011058) is a rabbit polyclonal antibody that detects endogenous p73 (TP73) transcription factor specifically when phosphorylated at tyrosine 99 (Tyr99). Tyr99 is phosphorylated by c-Abl tyrosine kinase in response to genotoxic stress — particularly DNA double-strand break-inducing agents such as cisplatin and doxorubicin — stabilizing p73 and promoting its apoptotic transcriptional program independently of p53. Detected band: ~70 kDa (TAp73 isoform). Validated for Western blot (WB) and IHC. Available from MBP, a registered vendor for Howard Hughes Medical Institute, Vanderbilt University, MD Anderson Cancer Center, Eurofins, and many other institutes across the USA.
