Anti-p53 (Phospho-Ser6) — Y011092 — is a rabbit polyclonal antibody detecting TP53/p53 (~53 kDa) phosphorylated at Ser6 in the N-terminal transactivation domain by CK1 and DNA-PK in response to DNA damage, cooperating with pSer15 and other N-terminal modifications to stabilise p53 and recruit CBP/p300 for transcriptional activation. Validated for WB, IHC, IP, and ELISA. Store at –20 °C.
