Anti-p53 (Phospho-Ser33)

Anti-p53 (Phospho-Ser33) Antibody (Y011097) is a rabbit polyclonal antibody that detects endogenous p53 (TP53) tumor suppressor protein specifically when phosphorylated at serine 33 (Ser33). Ser33 is located in the N-terminal transactivation domain (TAD1) of p53 and is phosphorylated by p38 MAPK in response to UV radiation, osmotic stress, and inflammatory stimuli. Detected band: ~53 kDa. Validated for Western blot (WB) and IHC.
