Y011094 by MBP is a rabbit polyclonal antibody detecting p53 (TP53) phosphorylated at Serine 15 by ATM, ATR, or DNA-PK in response to genotoxic stress. pSer15 disrupts MDM2 binding to stabilise and activate p53.
