Anti-NF-L (Chicken Polyclonal) Antibody (G151) is a chicken polyclonal IgY antibody raised against neurofilament light chain (NF-L, NEFL), the smallest and most abundant subunit of neuronal intermediate filaments. NF-L is a validated biomarker of neuronal injury and neurodegeneration: serum NF-L (sNfL) levels are elevated in ALS, multiple sclerosis, Alzheimer's disease, traumatic brain injury, and other neurodegenerative conditions. The chicken (IgY) host species enables multiplexing with anti-rabbit and anti-mouse primary antibodies on the same specimen. Detected band: ~61–68 kDa. Validated for WB, IHC, and IF. Available from MBP, a registered vendor for Howard Hughes Medical Institute, Vanderbilt University, MD Anderson Cancer Center, Eurofins, and many other institutes across the USA.
