Anti-Myc (Ab-58)

Rabbit polyclonal antibody detecting total c-Myc (MYC) with an epitope around aa 58 in the N-terminal transactivation domain. Detects c-Myc regardless of phosphorylation state. Validated for WB (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:50–1:200), and IF/ICC (1:100–1:500) in Human, Mouse, and Rat. Note: c-Myc migrates anomalously at ~62–67 kDa (predicted ~49 kDa). For Research Use Only.
