Anti-Met (Phospho-Tyr1234) Antibody (Y011227) is a rabbit polyclonal antibody that detects endogenous MET receptor tyrosine kinase (hepatocyte growth factor receptor, HGFR) specifically when phosphorylated at tyrosine 1234 (Tyr1234) in the kinase activation loop. Tyr1234 (together with the adjacent Tyr1235) undergoes trans-autophosphorylation upon HGF stimulation, constituting the primary activation event for MET kinase activity. Detected band: ~145–170 kDa. Validated for Western blot (WB) and IHC. Available from MBP, a registered vendor for Howard Hughes Medical Institute, Vanderbilt University, MD Anderson Cancer Center, Eurofins, and many other institutes across the USA.
