Y011309 by MBP is a rabbit polyclonal antibody detecting MEF2A (MEF2A) phosphorylated at Serine 408 in the transcription activation domain, a CDK5-dependent inhibitory mark that promotes Lys403 sumoylation and converts MEF2A from a transcriptional activator to a repressor.
