Anti-MARCKS (Phospho-Ser162) — Y011265 — is a rabbit polyclonal antibody detecting MARCKS (~75 kDa on SDS-PAGE; sequence MW ~32 kDa) phosphorylated at Ser162 in the effector domain by PKC, the modification that drives MARCKS dissociation from the plasma membrane, releases PIP2, and regulates actin dynamics, phagocytosis, and mucin secretion. Validated for WB, IHC, and IF in human, mouse, and rat. Store at –20 °C.
