Anti-Lck (Phospho-Tyr505)

Y011537 by MBP is a rabbit polyclonal antibody detecting Lck (LCK) phosphorylated at Tyrosine 505, the CSK-catalysed C-terminal inhibitory phosphorylation that locks Lck in a closed, catalytically inactive conformation. pTyr505 marks the inhibited fraction of Lck; CD45 dephosphorylation releases this to permit T cell activation.
