Anti-IRS-1 (Phospho-Ser307) — Y011235 — is a rabbit polyclonal antibody detecting IRS1 (~170 kDa) phosphorylated at Ser307 by JNK and IKKβ in response to inflammatory stimuli, the molecular signature of insulin resistance that uncouples IRS-1 from the insulin receptor and impairs PI3K/Akt signalling.
