Y123096 by ABM is a mouse monoclonal antibody (IgG1) targeting human ICAM1 (CD54, BB2), an immunoglobulin-superfamily adhesion molecule involved in leukocyte trafficking and inflammatory signaling. Raised against recombinant protein aa 301–532 of ICAM1, this affinity-purified antibody is validated for Western Blot (1:1000) and ELISA. Supplied as 100 μg/100 μl in citrate-tris-HCl buffer, pH 7.0.
