Anti-ICAM-1 (Phospho-Tyr512) — Y011083 — is a rabbit polyclonal antibody detecting ICAM-1/CD54 (~70–110 kDa; heavily glycosylated) phosphorylated at Tyr512 in the cytoplasmic tail by Src-family kinases during leukocyte adhesion signalling, enabling ezrin recruitment and Rho-mediated actin remodelling. Validated for WB, IHC, IF, and ELISA in human, mouse, and monkey. Store at –20 °C.
