Anti-HSP90B (Phospho-Ser254)

Anti-HSP90B (Phospho-Ser254) Antibody (Y011196) is a rabbit polyclonal antibody that detects endogenous HSP90β (heat shock protein 90 beta; HSP90AB1) specifically when phosphorylated at serine 254 (Ser254) in the middle domain. HSP90β is the cytosolic constitutively expressed HSP90 isoform that chaperones a broad array of client proteins; Ser254 phosphorylation by casein kinase 2 (CK2) and other kinases modulates HSP90β chaperone activity and co-chaperone interactions. Detected band: ~83–90 kDa. Validated for Western blot (WB) and IHC.
