Y011195 by MBP is a rabbit polyclonal antibody detecting HSF1 (HSF1) phosphorylated at Serine 307, a constitutive ERK1-dependent repressive phosphorylation that suppresses HSF1 transcriptional activity under normal conditions. pSer307 signal decreases during heat shock as HSF1 is de-repressed.
